2 eggs, scrambled
1 hot dog, sliced (we use Nathan's skinless bun length)
1 Tbsp margarine
1/4 cup onions, sliced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Ketchup, optional
Before you start your dish, you need to blanch the onions and peppers to get them soft. Once they are to your liking drain and set aside. Add 1 Tbsp of margarine and your sliced hot dog to a frying pan and saute. Once the hot dogs brown add your onions and peppers. Saute for about 2 mins then add your scrambled eggs. Cook the eggs and serve it up. Salt and pepper to taste and ketchup if you please.
Plate it up with a side of buttered toast and orange juice.
